Bartlett", 18 size, 7 jewels, key wind and set gilt plate movement, with lever escapement and steel balance, in a coin silver, reeded edge, hunting case with engraved front, and Roman numeral, white enamel dial signed "Appleton, Tracy & Co., blued steel spade hands, serial #26201, c1860
CONDITION: CASE: Dents and dings; Scratches on outer surface of case; Engraving nearly worn smooth; Front cover hinge sticky; Bow and pusher worn; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Very good. HANDS: Replaced. MOVEMENT PLATES: Gilding and blue on steel very good; Minor scratches on plate; A bit dirty. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Not running, fully wound, good staff, needs service.
